XanGo™ Compensation Plan!

Here's some info on XanGo's AMAZING compensation plan:

The basic structure of the XanGo™ plan is a unilevel with a handsome weekly fast start bonus, a deep unilevel payout, and a back-end leadership bonus that will knock your socks off. Let’s break it down.

Retail Commissions – Retail customers can purchase single bottles of XanGo™ from the company at full retail. Distributors can drop ship single bottles straight from the company to avoid carrying unnecessary inventory. To order at wholesale, one must become a distributor by purchasing a $35 kit (one of the most well-branded, professional-looking kits in the industry).

To order XanGo™ at wholesale, distributors purchase in one case, minimum orders. Each case contains four bottles and totals $100 with 100 volume points. Suggested retail price is $32.50 to $39.95.

Weekly PowerStart – The plan begins with a 30 percent weekly fast-start bonus on the first level (and a 15 percent bonus on the second). This 30 percent, one-time commission is paid on the entire volume of a personally sponsored distributor’s first order only. To qualify for this bonus, distributors must be on a $100 automatic delivery (four bottles of XanGo™ per month). The second tier 15 percent bonus in only available for distributors on $200 automatic delivery (eight bottles per month).

Monthly Unilevel – The XanGo™ unilevel plan is one of the deepest paying unilevels in network marketing. Plus, XanGo™ goes the extra mile by guaranteeing “no corporate breakage” and providing “dynamic compression” to infinite levels. Let’s break this down. First, the unilevel pays a whopping nine generations, averaging over five percent per level. Next, the company committed to a “no breakage” policy which states that 50 percent of the money taken into XanGo™ will be paid back in commissions with no exceptions. Breakage is the money that goes to the corporation when distributors fail to qualify for specific volume or structure requirements.

Most companies boast a 40 percent, 50 percent, even 60 percent payout but fail to mention that only a small number of distributors qualify for those percentages while most earn the average of just over 30 percent commission. The rest of this unearned commission goes to the company – not the distributors. But not with XanGo™. XanGo™ pays it all. XanGo™’s no breakage policy is proof positive that XanGo™ wants every distributor to have massive success! Only a few companies in the entire industry have a no breakage policy and these companies pay the biggest checks in network marketing.

What is Dynamic Compression? – Dynamic compression presses all of your downline volume from infinitely deep levels up to you. This guarantees that the maximum commissions are paid on every level and further eliminates breakage. Again, only a few companies in the entire industry have a dynamic compression and these companies are paying the big money!

Quarterly Bonus Pool – Finally, as if this wasn’t enough, XanGo™ created a back-end quarterly bonus pool. This leadership bonus consists of a three percent worldwide commissionable volume that is divided pro rata amongst qualified leaders. Global pool checks are paid on a quarterly basis. These checks were getting very large even at the one-year mark.
